Why not take some time out this autumn to sample what’s on offer at the Diocesan Day on Prayer? Set in the beautiful surroundings of St John the Baptist Church, visitors will be able to pick-and-mix from a selection of tempting workshops exploring a variety of subjects that will strengthen, extend and invigorate your prayer life.
As in previous years, the popular Walk-in Spiritual Direction Taster Sessions will be on offer to provide a chance to discover if Spiritual Direction might help you on your pilgrimage - as it does so many others.There will be an opportunity to worship together in the middle of the day.

Bring a packed lunch to enjoy in the peaceful surroundings or perhaps treat yourself to a light lunch at the nearby public house.
