“Baby Basics” in Englefield Green

The Village Centre in Englefield Green are now running the Baby Basics scheme which provides a Moses basket filled with items for a new mum and her baby. Items include nappies, clothes, toiletries, a new mattress and a changing mat. The baskets are given free to any mum who is in need. The only criteria for receiving a basket is that they are referred by their healthcare professional, social worker, or other agency.
To get involved you can sponsor a basket for £15, provide very good quality used baby clothes (size 0-3 months) or help with the practical side for example washing, ironing and packing.
