Louise is bringing us an encouraging follow-up on one of the students she has been working with:
“Since June last year this boy came to e2w with a really poor record, but with his hard work he has attended two merit trips, turned around his behaviour record from many behaviour points to many achievement points. He has achieved his own personal goal and is making a great impact in the school. Thank you for your prayers!”
The July Prayer Request comes from Dan Beedell who is working within an e2w schools project as well as having the secondary schools lead role.
“It is the lead role that allows me to outwork my passion of helping grow and develop relational support workers and the work that e2w does in schools. The role also allows me to engage with the other leads within the organisation as we look at areas for growth and development as well as improvements within our practice to ensure that, not just the schools, but the whole organisation continues to seek God’s will. We really appreciate the prayer and support we receive as we seek God’s will within the organisation and try to discern His next steps for us. Please pray for:
• the Leads as they seek God’s will and lead the wider team and organisation into the future;
• their families as they support them in this role;
• the two crucial team development training days at the beginning of September;
• God to open doors and create new opportunities for e2w to further support young people and families;
• the teams: schools, family link work, supported lodgings, community, volunteers, and hosts.
Thank you so much for your time and prayer.”
